College Fairs, Informational Sessions, Application Workshops, and Tours
- The KWF chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority is hosting the 3rd Annual College Resource Fair & Expo, on February 21, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at Wakefield High School. Any Wake County high school students and their families can attend.
- Focus HBCU College Fair is scheduled for March 26, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, at the Raleigh Convention Center. Meet with college representations from across the Southern region. On-site admissions, financial aid, mentorship, and more. Register at tinyurl.com/focushbcufair2026

- Wake County Public Libraries is hosting a series of college preparation virtual workshops, presented by CFNC and the Princeton Review.
- Wake Tech has campus tours scheduled throughout the year, as well as virtual sessions for prospective students. The Spring 2026 Open House is scheduled for April 11, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, at the Northern Wake Campus and Health Sciences Campus. - Coalition for College is hosting a series of Coalition Events, that range from virtual college fairs, financial aid, college admissions questions, and more.
- The College Board is hosting BigFuture Live, where career experts and college reps will answer your questions about taking the best first step after high school. Virtual events are happening throughout the semester.
- College Board hosts virtual Real Talk events, connecting with Black college and career planning experts on a variety of topics.
